Assistant Mechanic

Duties

  • Service/ repair vehicles under the supervision of the Mechanic by changing/fitting the necessary components.
  • Check the performance of vehicles by inspections and test drives.
  • Perform safety inspections on vehicles and equipment; perform routine repair work for supervisor.
  • Perform a variety of operations and maintenance duties that involve working with combustibles, asbestos, or other hazardous materials and may require the appropriate use of safety equipment and disposal procedures.
  • Clean vehicles (engine, body) after services/ repairs.
  • Clean workshop.
  • Maintain SHEQ standards in line with industry requirements.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 O ‘Level Subjects including Maths /Accounts and English.
  • Two 2 A Level Passes or equivalent.
  • Semi-Skilled Artisan (Class 2 Motor Mechanic).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar field.

HR Clerk: Filing

Duties

  • Create files for new employees and maintains employee files and records.
  • Ensure personal files check lists are completed and signed before induction.
  • Ensure that all HR records are filed and maintained in a systematic manner.
  • Ensure all employee records are filed in personal files timeously.
  • Periodically checks employee files for misfiling.
  • Maintain staff records on SAP or ZINARA HR systems.
  • Capture payroll documents from sites and dispatches payroll input documents to relevant offices.
  • Maintaining physical and computerised staff files.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 O’ Levels including English and Maths or Accounts.
  • Degree in Records Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in records management, or library information Science.

Auto Electrician

Qualifications

  • At least 5 0 ‘Level Subjects including Maths/Accounts and English.
  • Two 2 A Level Passes or equivalent.
  • Class 1 Artisan Auto Electrical Certificate.
  • Class 2 Driver’s License.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar field.
