Established in 2014, the Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships offer a unique opportunity for exceptional individuals to pursue their academic and societal ambitions. This initiative provides up to six coveted full scholarships that encompass both the Master’s and MBA degrees. Scholars are encouraged to choose from a range of 1+1 MBA partnering programmes and complement them with our MBA, fostering a holistic educational journey.

Recipients of the Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships gain access to an array of enriching experiences. These include attendance at prestigious conferences, participation in termly events and scholar community activities, an exclusive spring ‘trek’ to New York sponsored by the Pershing Square Foundation, and invaluable mentorship opportunities. The scholarships encompass full coverage of course fees for both the Master’s degree and MBA program, along with a generous living grant of at least £17,668 annually for the entire duration of the two-year study period.

Up to six of these distinguished scholarships are made available to deserving candidates each year. To qualify, applicants are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Priority Consideration: Applicants must be new to the Oxford 1+1 MBA programme. Admission to both the 1+1 MBA partnering program and the MBA itself is required prior to the selection process. Those waitlisted or re-evaluated will not be considered.
- Alternative Pathways: Candidates applying for any full-time one-year Master’s course not presently listed as an official 1+1 MBA partnering program, in conjunction with the MBA (as a separate application), are also eligible.
- Special Consideration: Those moving into their MBA year without prior scholarship consideration, as well as those admitted to the MBA while studying in one of the 1+1 MBA partnering programs, fall within the scholarship’s scope.

Application Process and Timeline
To be considered, applicants must complete the application process for both the Master’s course and the 1+1 MBA program. The scholarship essay should be uploaded in the ‘Funding’ section of the 1+1 MBA program application by the specified deadline.

The application deadline is January 5, 2024, for the 1+1 MBA program, aligned with the respective Master’s course deadline (in December or January).
