Role Overview
As a Human Resources Analyst, you’ll work under the overall supervision of the Human Resources Specialist at UN Women.
Your primary responsibility will be implementing HR strategies and policies ensuring strict compliance with UN Women’s rules and regulations.

To be considered for HR administration role, you should have:
- 3 years of experience in HR administration, processes, and policies.
- Proficiency in HR planning, performance management, contract administration, and benefits-entitlements administration.
- Experience in recruitment and staff learning and development.
- Competency in using HR-related tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- IT skills, including proficiency with office software packages (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
- Experience with web-based management systems and ERP human resources systems is advantageous.
- Prior work experience with international multicultural organisations is preferred.
- Familiarity with the UN system is an asset.

As the Human Resources Analyst, your key responsibilities include:
- HR Strategy Implementation: Execute HR strategies and policies while adhering to UN Women rules and regulations. Provide guidance to staff on HR matters, ensuring compliance.
- HR Administrative and Logistical Support: Offer administrative and logistical support in line with UN Women regulations. Handle correspondence, maintain records, manage benefits, and process transactions efficiently.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and selection process reports. Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and ensure compliance with HR guidelines.
- Performance Management and Learning: Monitor performance appraisals, staff learning, and development. Collaborate on learning plans and performance reviews, promoting staff growth.
- Data Management: Maintain HR data securely and confidentially. Update databases, generate reports, and participate in salary surveys as required.
- Knowledge Sharing: Organize training sessions, workshops, and information sessions. Share lessons learned and best practices in HR administration with staff.
