Scania South Africa is currently looking for a newly young graduated and dynamic individual to partake in a 12 months finance internship programme we have available.
The successful individuals will be taken through an exciting journey of Scania Ways of doing and operating.
The internship will be focused more on these areas:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounting / Group Reporting and Taxes
- Business Control
Duties & Responsibilities
- Learning everyday finance functions in the corporate industry
- Processing and reconciling data into D365 (Which is a global ERP financial system)
- Learning more about how a Multi-National company deals in the heavy vehicle industry from a financial perspective on a corporate scale.
- Dealing and liaising with customers and suppliers and accounting in general.
- To assist with compiling source documents for tax submissions and learning the various tax dealings within the entity.
- To assist with multiple reporting regarding month-end reports (On HFM) and business control KPI’s
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements;
- Matric
- Education – Financial/ Commerce University degree
