The programme is designed to provide the graduates with proper guidance as they enter the industry. In doing so, they will be exposed to critical aspects of their respective departments in a guided way by top professionals already at Omnia.
Therefore, this programme is only for recent graduates without any work experience.

Guideline of the process we will be following:
- Shortlisting of applicants
- Screening interviews
- Verification checks (qualification, identity, criminal checks, reference checks)
- Medical testing (Medical Tests are an inherent job requirement due to the nature of our industry (chemicals).

- Final decision
