Word on the street is, AKA is back to work and is now present on social media after taking a break following the tragic loss of his wife, Anele Tembe last month.

Anele died after jumping from a Cape Town hotel on the 11th of April.

The two had just announced that they were planning to get married and had already paid bride price (amalobolo).

The tragic death of Anele left Mzansi’s rapper devastated. In his statement, he said it had a great toll on him, emotionally and psychologically.

And according to his publicist, Phumza Nohashe, he had to take a break from social media and from public appearances to mourn his wife.

Today, almost a month after his loss, AKA posted on his Instagram phandle.

He captioned his picture with a Bible verse from John 16:33.

iHarare is reliably informed that the rapper is also set to headline the upcoming Haiweil-Joburg Day virtual concert that will be on the 28th of May.

Pictures shared by Prince Kaybee’s girlfriend Zola Mhlongo on her microblog page indicate that the rapper has already been out and about doing business.

According to sources, the three were shooting an advert when they took the picture.

Fans were ecstating seeing Megacy post his first Instagram post since his lost and are looking forward to his daily presence on the photosharing blog as before.
