Divisional Secretary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Typing correspondences for everyone in the division and providing information on documents and making sure it is of high quality
- Receiving and making calls for the respective division personnel on queries and appointments.
- Filing, maintaining and controlling file movements, and creating files for day-to-day correspondences.
- We are handling incoming and outgoing mail for the division.
- Making travel arrangements for personnel in the division
- Diarising meetings for division.
- Taking minutes during meetings, typing and distributing them.
- We are carrying out general office administration for the smooth running of the Corporate Services division.
- Making procurement and Store requests for the division.
- Coordinating Office activities, events/functions, seminars and workshops for the division.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 ‘0’ Levels including the English Language
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration.
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Computer literacy
- Demonstrated confidentiality
- Good customer services skills 1
- Well-groomed
- Secretarial etiquette
- High level of communication skills

Terminal & Grounds Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures the Terminal Buildings are clean.
- Ensures the availability of water supply in the Terminal Buildings.
- Ensures that Airport grounds and roads are cleaned and maintained.
- Conducts daily inspections of the Terminal Building and Airport grounds.
- Reports any faults in the Terminal Building to the Amenities Officer.
- Ensures that all masonry work is carried out timeously.
- Ensures that flower gardens and pots are maintained.
- Ensures that all works are carried out within the approved budget to ensure effective budgetary control within the department.
- Plans, schedules and implements Airport grounds maintenance works such as grass cutting, clearing of anti-hills, bush clearing, road markings and signs.
- Ensures availability of passenger trolleys at all times.
- Supervises General Hands and Terminal Services, Assistants.
- Supervises Technicians and monitors contractors working at the Airport.
- Produces daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering discipline and at least five (5) years of experience in building and maintenance services OR
- Class one (1) Journeyman Certificate from Manpower Development with at least three (3) years of practical experience;
- Qualification in supervisory management is an added advantage
- A clean Class 4 Driver’s license is a must
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping skills.
Accounting Assistants (x3)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Accounting Duties
- Preparing and inputting data from petty cash into ACZ’s Accounting System
- Producing Airport budgets
- Coding all banking slips for all bank accounts and as per the established ACZ accounting codes
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate expenditure records.
- Liaising with customers/clients on queries relating to payment documents.
- Timely and accurately reconciles imprest accounts to ensure timely replenishment..
- Reconciling all cash control accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Carrying out reconciliations of cash control accounts.
- Ensuring that all reconciliations of cash control accounts are signed off and approved by the immediate supervisor
- Collecting and following up bank statements with the bank to facilitate prompt reconciliations Timely posting of cash received and airport service charge summaries to the respective accounts as per coding.
- Accuracy in posting to ensure accurate reports from the organisation’s Accounting System
- Collecting and compilation of revenue schedules-navigation, landing, parking, docking and any other revenue streams
- Invoicing of utility recoveries and reconciliation.
- Debt collection of utility debtors.
- Issuing of fuel coupons and reconciliation.
- Filing of all documents, Assists the Airport Manager in initiating procurement requirements for me Airport.
- Collecting and receiving procured goods for the Airport.
- Stores Management duties
- Receiving and issuing of stock.
- Initiating the re-ordering of stock
- Reconciles daily stocks
- Attending to stock-taking and preparation of stock-take reports.
- Airport Administrative Duties
- Assists the Airport Manager with Airport Administrative duties.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
- Part C professional qualification in CIS, CIMA, ACCA, ICM
- 1 year of working experience in the accounting field.
- Well-versed in revenue and expenditure accounting and credit control
- Knowledge of computerised Accounting systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy
Canteen Chef (x2)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepares daily meals and menus, as well as menus for special occasions.
- Ensures food is prepared and served at the right time.
- Ensures quality meals at all times.
- Orders foodstuffs and cleaning materials for Canteen use.
- Receives food ingredients and supplies from the storeroom as required for daily Canteen operations.
- Maintains accurate records of all Canteen foodstuffs, utensils and equipment.
- Ensures a safe and clean food preparation environment.
- Supervises cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
- Directs and supervises the work of other kitchen staff.
- Takes inventory of food supplies, ingredients and other consumables.
- Ensures compliance with the sanitization, hygiene, environment, health and safety legislation as well Quality and Company standards.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by the Personnel Officer.
Qualifications And Experience
- 5 “0′ levels plus a National Diploma in Professional Cookery or a Class 1 Journeyman Certificate and at least 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures for food preparation.
- Knowledge of traditional and western meals.
- Have full knowledge of ala carte menus.
- Ability to prepare different sauces and soups.
- Must be a versatile Cook who can work in any section of the kitchen.
- Ability to read and understand menus and recipes.
- Should be presentable and well-groomed.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
