Qualifications
To qualify for this leadership role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in upper-middle or senior management positions, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of FMCG and manufacturing industry dynamics.
