2022 Implats Bursary Programme For Matric candidates
Matric candidates are invited to apply for the 2022 Implats Bursary. The bursary is open for candidates who meet the following criteria
• University exemption pass
• Minimum C symbol in mathematics and science
The bursaries cover:
• Registration and tuition fees for the duration of the course
• Residence fees
• Cash allowance
• Personal computer allowance from second year of study
Should you be awarded an Implats bursary, you will be required to work for the company for the full period of the bursary and to undertake vacation work at the company at the end of each year. Implats offers bursaries in various fields:
• Engineering
• Mining
• Metallurgy
• Electrical (heavy current)
• Chemistry to honours level
• Geology to honours level
• Accounting to honours level
• Survey
• Human Resources BCom to honours level

If you meet the minimum criteria and you would like to apply for a bursary, please fill in the application form.

Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified):
• ID document (certified copy)
• Matric certificate (certified copy)
• Full tertiary academic record/ proof of results, if currently at tertiary level (certified copy)
• University certificate of conduct, if currently at tertiary level
• Curriculum Vitae
• A recent black and white photograph of yourself (head and shoulders)
