Accounting Clerks x2

At World Mental Resilience Programs, our financial success is fueled by the accuracy of our facts and figures. That’s why we’re proud to have some of the most skilled finance experts on our staff. We’d like to add two (2) highly qualified accounting clerks to support the daily operations of the finance team. The ideal candidates must have a natural passion for math and an eagerness to learn more about financial planning, tax strategy, and budgeting. Under the direction of the financial manager, the accounting clerks will update and maintain records, reconcile bank statements, and manage the accounting databases. These people will join like-minded experts who are continually focused on sharpening their skills and advancing in their profession.

 

 Qualifications

  • Natural proficiency with math
  • Knowledge of basic financial, tax, and accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systems
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or accounting
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in clerical accounting
  • Experience with financial planning software

Sales Representative

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate via telephone and email.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
  • General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, social sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in sales/marketing.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

HR Administrator x1

 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of Zimbabwe and International labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Minimum of five (5) years similar working experience

 Registered Social Workers x2

 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Registered Social Worker
  • Working knowledge of social theories and practices
  • Social perceptiveness and empathy
  • Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
  • Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
  • Resilience along with ability to assess situations
  • Willing to submit to background checks
  • BS degree in social work (BSW), psychology or sociology

Sociologists x2

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, anthropology, psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience with private companies, nonprofit and governmental agencies
  • Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Prior experience as a sociologist, preferably within a similar setting.
  • In-depth understanding of sociological concepts, principles, and theories across all major subspecialties.
  • Expert knowledge of intersectional theory.
  • Strong research and written skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

 Registered Counselling Psychologists x2

 

Qualifications

  • Registered with Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe and holder of a valid practicing certificate issued by Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe.
  • Minimum of five (5) years proven work experience as a Registered Counseling Psychologist or similar role
  • Master of Science in Counselling Psychology Degree or relevant
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
  • Highly analytical mindset
  • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Counseling Psychologist

 Certified Life Coaches x2

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social development, or similar.
  • Life coaching qualification, preferably issued by a reputable internationally recognised institution.
  • Minimum of five years working experience as a certified life coach.
  • Non-negotiable adherence to all pertinent ethical guidelines.
  • Ability to encourage introspection, connection, and ambition.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Non-judgemental, reflexive, and empathic.
