Location: Ngezi

The Role
The Warehouse operator will be responsible for administering and operating the organization's warehouse, including receiving, packaging, storage, loading and dispatching of supplies, materials and equipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Areas
EHS - Follow and observe all Company Safety rules and regulations
Receiving - verification of invoice and inspection of in-wards goods and binning.
Dispatch - Picking spares as indicated on the picking note, stage and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Filing & document management - filling of paperwork (GRN, invoices, picking lists, proof of delivery etc); Recording and submission of paperwork to the driver/transporter at handover.
Operating forklift - Assisting on loading & offloading of trucks.
Stock Transfers - Raising stock transfers to intended warehouses and confirming stock transfers from other warehouses.
Housekeeping – participate in cleaning and making sure the warehouse is in neat condition.
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Your Profile
The Warehouse Operator is expected to have the following qualifications and attributes:
A diploma in Warehousing/ Supply Chain Management/ CIPS (Level 4 – Diploma)
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of inventory and/or warehouse ERP system.
Be flexible, a team player, proactive with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain management.
A valid class 4 driver's license is an added advantage.
