Responsibilities
Conducts blasting, drilling, Lashing, and marking haulages
Enforcement of Mining (Management and Safety Regulations) Explosive Regulations, Health and Sanitation Act
Conducting re-entry procedures after primary blasting
Develop proper mining systems and be hands on in mining production to achieve targets safely
Bring into production old shafts
Supervision of mining teams
Maintaining mining standards and follow explosive regulations and mine management safety regulations
Ensure mining equipment is working and has been properly serviced
Enforces all tasks given by Shift Boss / Mine Captain
Qualifications & Experience
Full Blasting License
NEC Certificate
Diploma in Mining Engineering
Minimum 3 years Platinum mining experience
