Qualifications And Experience Essential A minimum of a first degree in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics or any related field with significant statistical analysis content in a relevant field Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation techniques Good numeric skills and strong analytical skills Demonstrated analytical, communication and writing skills with attention to detail Effective communicator, creative and analytical thinker, active learner, team player, and able to work effectively across cultures At least 5 years' professional work experience in M&E/database development or management with advanced skills in MS Access, MS Excel, Mobile Data Collection tools, CSpro and SPSS.
