Wonayi Multiple Insurance Agent is a Zimbabwean based company specializing in insurance brokerage & risk management. We facilitate insurance placements for a broad range of clients, including entrepreneurs, individuals and fully-fledged private companies.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role as HR and Insurance attachees at Wonayi Multiple Insurance Agent. This is a full-time role, located in Harare, Zimbabwe. However, flexibility to work from home is allowed. The attachees will be responsible for assisting the HR and Insurance team in handling tasks such as conducting research, gathering relevant information, managing data, and creating reports based on the data collected. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are expected for this role.
Qualifications
- Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
