Our organization, involved in logistics seeks to recruit an Administration and Finance Officer to assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations. Applicants should have one of the following qualifications plus at least two years of relevant experience;
Degree or HND in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Transport and logistics, Business Studies/management.
The duties of the Administration and Finance Officer will include the following;
Financial management
- Daily cash flow management
- Periodic financial reporting
- Financial returns including statutory obligations
- Banking
- Budgeting and reconciliations
- Asset management
Human Resources management
- Staff files management
- Supporting recruitment and monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws
- Managing company calendar
- Meetings planning minuting
